The kata app is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Those are the terms of use for the app; kata does not add terms of its own.

Subscriptions, payments and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store’s terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account’s settings, and request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
